We proudly work with the following partners to ensure the freshest local produce.
We work with our partners to ensure the freshest local produce and the most environmentally friendly ingredients. Gamble Farm Organics continues the long-term relationships of having products from the farm and restaurants come together to enhance the dining experience. We are truly fortunate to work with our partners who only want the best and freshest ingredients to serve our customers.
The Sandbar focuses their menu on recipes using local and fresh ingredients while also dabbling in some new and exotic dishes that you just won't find at your neighborhood seafood restaurant. The restaurant focuses on serving the most ecologically responsible ingredients from local growers and harvesters and sustainable seafood whenever possible for the ultimate farm and ocean to table menu.
Set on 650 feet of pristine Gulf front beach, the Beach House features a climate friendly outdoor deck providing beautiful oceanfront vistas and signature Anna Maria Island sunsets on display every evening. “The goal of the Beach House is to be a world-class location that adheres to the principles of sustainability and eco-consciousness, provides guests a welcoming and comfortable environment, and at the very core, is casual waterfront dining at its best” Ed Chiles.
Sourcing ingredients locally has multiple benefits for our guests, the environment and the local economy. It is vital for Mar Vista to continue to work with our local partners to ensure the freshest flavors and the most environmentally friendly ingredients possible. The private dock, unique outside dining options and spectacular views of Sarasota Bay makes this restaurant stand out above the rest.
Worden Farm is an 85 acre certified organic family farm in Southwest Florida, founded and actively run by Chris Worden, Ph. D. and Evan Worden, Ph.D. It is a private working agriculture operation. Our produce is 100% USDA-certified organic and available directly to the local community from Fall through Spring, farmer’s market, and through a community supported agriculture (CSA) farm membership program.
The Worden’s developed a strategic plan with input from all four of Chiles' CIA trained Chefs to ensure maximum output and usage. Eva and Chris Worden's stewardship practices and Chiles' culinary leadership and environmental culture unite for greater impact to this region, with positive influence toward sustainability on visitors and local residents.
