Gamble Farm Organics is a 26-acre farm growing organic crops.

 

The farm supplies produce for the Chiles’ restaurants: The Sandbar, Mar Vista and Beach House restaurant.

The crops that are currently being grown at Gamble Farm Organics are arugula, Kina Savoy, basil, green beans, bok choy, green cabbage, cilantro, collard greens, Kirby cucumbers, green kale, red and green bib lettuces, romaine, Italian parsley, squash blossoms, zucchini, yellow squash, and Pattypan squash. 

Future plans for the farm are developing ready-made foods for the restaurants such as: basil pesto, pickled cucumbers and green beans, and fermented foods such as kimchi and sauerkraut. 

The Chiles Group continues the long-term relationship of having products from the farm and restaurants linked together to enhance the dining experience and value on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.
